Orders over £50 – FREE

Cloth Nappy Hire Kits - £6.95. This service is tracked and insured.
Next Working Day (Excludes Channel Islands, Scotland and Northern Ireland) - £6.95 – All orders will need to be placed by 1pm, this service includes a tracking number. Please note any orders placed after 1pm will not be shipped until the following day.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping, but if you would like to place an order please do contact us at info@ourlittlecherubs.co.uk where we will do our best to see what we can do.
We truly care about the planet and how there is too much plastic build up. This is why all of our packaging is either biodegradable or recyclable. Please do help us by recycling your packaging correctly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have changed your mind, please let us know straight away. We can offer a refund within 14 days or exchange within 28 days.
Items should be sent back in their original, unused condition.
We recommended obtaining proof of return, we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post. You can obtain proof of return free from the post office.
Returns postage fee to be covered by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept used items back unless they are faulty. If you believe the item is faulty please return for us to investigate. If we deem that the item is fault, then a refund or replacement will be given. If however, we deem the fault is due to misuse then we cannot offer a refund.
